so i was listening to music (see below) and i got to thinking, maybe the ataris are right
and maybe everyone has a certain amount of knowledge stored in their itty bitty heads when they're born
and one day they have learned all that existed in their brains
and that's why my brain won't work
and it seems like i'm reading greek instead of looking at math
and i have found the only real solution is to decorate cakes.

well, even though, for the past month or so, i have been saying "yes, i'll ignore valentine's day. just pretend it's like any other day" it's gotten me. i kinda love valentine's day. or just the basic ideas behind it. and although this one has not had any crazy-romantic-omg-mind-blown moments, it's been good, and i have the feeling my ridiculous fairy tale view of romance is starting to come back to me. and oh, how i've missed it. it helps, also, that for the past mm, three days i havn't bothered about homework, and today we had no school, and turns out we won't have it tomorrow either. well, fancy that! now i'm going to go watch the valentine's episode of the office, and science of sleep (YAY! a present from my parents! :D) and i hope everyone had the best v-day they could possibly have. HUZZAH!

both today, and yesterday, was very good.
and right now, everything is very good.
and christmas is in the air. i am currently watching a charlie brown christmas. and christmas does the heart good. and the spirit, and all.
although this time around i realize how mean the girls are in peanuts. like, really, they're very mean to charlie brown. i would be his friend...he's a nice kid, if a little emo. and the girls should give him a break. he is doing the very best he can.
i have started my christmas shopping. and i have an advent calender, and wrapping paper and the tv is full of christmas commercials. i love the holidays. now if only it would get cold enough to snow....... ho hum. although, chance of flurries this weekend me thinks. <3
alas, that is all i have to say, and it has very little substance.

the last two nights have made up for the crap i've had to deal with lately (school, boys, etc.) and that makes me super happy.
